What changes for you

•  You will have a clear plan in advance, so you know what to expect each month.

•  Your documentation will be reliable and effective in meetings or legal settings.

• You will know how to talk to a caseworker so things move, instead of sending emails into a void.

• You'll notice signs of burnout one month in advance rather than only realizing it by the time you're already suffering from it.

By the time a child returns home, you will have been ready for it since the second month, not be caught off guard until the ninth month.

Since someone already knows about your case, your children, and your house, you'll never have to go over the story from the beginning.

• You'll manage to get through the year and still have your marriage, your health, and your other children. That is the real aim.

What you leave with

• Templates for a documentation binder, checklists for advocacy and court preparation, strategies for de-escalation, and a framework for making decisions regarding placement choices.

• A workbook for reflecting at the end of the year and a long-term plan for keeping your home stable.

• You can make use of three additional sessions at any time during the year for anything that you didn't see coming.

You didn't burn out because you didn't care at all; on the contrary, you burned out because you cared a great deal and kept going even after you had nothing left to give.

Low Tide isn't a course, a support group, or a collection of coping strategies.

It is a relationship.

A series of individual sessions focused on your present situation, not on where you believe you ought to be. We'll identify what has happened, follow the course by which you've got to this point, dig into who you were before this turned into everything, and then reconstruct something that is actually capable of holding you over the long term.

We'll discuss the wound that caused the yes. We'll look at the relationships that are still in the wreckage. The body has been keeping score even though you kept turning up. And finally, what comes next. According to your own timeline. With no pressure in either direction.

This is the conversation that no one else is having with you.

This work isn't merely present in your mind; it's also in your body. That's why our sessions involve more than just conversation. In each session, there is a guided nervous system reset, a straightforward grounding technique that helps your body leave survival mode and recall what it feels like to be calm. Talking alone won't reverse years of fight, flight, and freeze experiences. We also give your body a way to get back on track.

What is included:

Ten deep one-on-one sessions.

21 days of daily support delivered straight to your phone

You will not have to wait since email access continues between sessions.

Scheduled check-ins at the end of week 4, week 6, week 8, and at the three-month mark.

In each session, we provide a guided reset of the nervous system to calm your body and mind.
